Jesus died on the cross. It’s hard for us to comprehend that someone was scourged, crowned with a crown of thorns and then crucified, but that is exactly what Jesus Christ did for us.
He voluntarily suffered death in order to atone for our sins. His immense love for us, even to death on a cross, shows us great consolation. Who could love any other, besides Jesus?
Join us for the 2019 production on April 5 and 6, with English narration, and April 4, with Spanish narration, all at 8:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Church, 350 Atwood Street in Shakopee. Prelude music begins at 7:40.
Pray with us as we prepare for this holy season by reliving Jesus’ final days on earth in “The Passion of Jesus in Music, Word & Light”.
